University clearing at SGS

Considering studying for a degree? SGS College is accepting late applications through clearing for Higher Education courses due to start this September.

With an impressive range of degree level courses, it's an exciting time to study your degree at SGS College.

The 2016 National Student Survey resulted in an impressive 87% satisfaction rate from students studying at SGS College, placing the College above the national benchmark for Higher Education in England.

In 2015, Jonathan Clarke graduated from SGS College’s HND Sport and Exercise Science and then progressed onto the College’s partner University, the University of Gloucestershire, to complete the BSc (Hons) Applied Sport and Exercise Studies.

Speaking of his experience, Jonathan said:

“SGS College provided a laid back, yet professional approach to Higher Education. The quality of the lectures was excellent and the classroom environment was an extremely personalised University experience.

“On our course we all developed a strong relationship with all of our lecturers. The approachability of all the staff was a strong feature of SGS and meant that as individuals we all received the help we needed whilst developing the necessary self-directed learning skills.

“Looking back at the nurturing environment and overall community within SGS, is why I would recommend it for any learner.”

Jonathan has now just gained an Internship working with Bristol Rugby and is now going to study a Masters in Strength and Conditioning, at the University of Gloucestershire.

Principal, Sara-Jane Watkins, comments:

“It is not too late to commence your Higher Education journey. We are still accepting applications for a September 2016 start."
